Q: What is my User ID?
A: When you register online to gain access to your membership benefits and account information, you’ll be asked for your "User ID" which is your 9 digit membership number located:
- On your Allstate Motor Club card*
If you’re not yet registered online, go to Member Sign In and register today. It’s free.
* Please Note: The membership number can only be found on your permanent member card. Temporary member numbers, such as those received in mail solicitations, will not work.
