Q: What if I’m not happy with my membership?
A: If, at any time within your first 30 days of membership, you’re not completely satisfied with your new Allstate Motor Club membership, let us know at 1-800-998-8697 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. CST, Monday - Friday and we’ll issue a prompt and full refund of your paid membership dues. If you wish to cancel your new or renewed membership past 30 days, we will reimburse your membership fees prorated from start of your membership. We want you to be pleased with your membership!
