Q: How do I find my membership number?

A: Your Allstate Motor Club Membership number can be found on:

  • Your Allstate Motor Club card*, or
  • Your bill statement

If you have lost your membership number and/or your membership card, please call Allstate Motor Club’s Customer Service Center at 1-800-998-8697 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. CST, Monday - Friday and a Member Services Representative will be happy to give you this information.

* Please Note: The membership number can only be found on your permanent member card. Temporary member numbers, such as those received in mail solicitations, will not work.
