Q: How do I get Legal Defense Reimbursement?

A: Be sure to send us your reimbursement request within 90 days of the trial and include the following information:

• When you pay your attorney, get a copy of the arrest citation along with an itemized bill from the attorney on the attorney’s stationery indicating what you were charged for and what fees you paid.
• Make sure your attorney includes your name, current address and membership number on the bill.
