Q: What is an Arrest Bond Certificate?

A: Depending on which plan you have, the arrest bond certificate works in lieu of cash or to avoid surrendering your driver’s license if you’re arrested for certain moving traffic violations.* This certificate is printed on the back of your official membership card.
