Q: How do I arrange for Emergency Roadside Assistance?

A: If you need roadside assistance, call our 24-Hour Toll-Free Dispatch Service at 1-877-597-3393. A representative will then ask you for:

• Your membership number
• The location of your vehicle
• The year, make and model of your vehicle
• What type of service you need

When the service provider arrives, simply show your membership card. You will not have to pay for any out-of-pocket expenses up to your plan’s full benefit limit.
